This Policy forms part of the Lumesoon Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Failure to comply may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, termination of your account, removal of content, loss of credits, cancellation of subscriptions or other actions permitted under our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights available to Lumesoon under applicable law.
2. Purpose
This Policy exists to:
- Protect users.
- Protect intellectual property.
- Maintain platform security.
- Prevent fraud.
- Prevent abuse.
- Promote responsible use.
- Protect voice rights.
- Protect personal information.
- Maintain reliable Services.
- Comply with applicable laws.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for every activity carried out through your account.
You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully.
You must ensure that:
- Information you provide is accurate.
- You have authority to upload submitted content.
- Your activities comply with applicable laws.
- Your use does not interfere with other users.
- Your use complies with this Policy and the Terms of Service.
4. Lawful Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use Lumesoon in any manner that:
- Violates applicable laws.
- Encourages unlawful conduct.
- Assists criminal activity.
- Circumvents legal obligations.
- Facilitates fraud.
- Facilitates identity theft.
- Facilitates financial crime. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with the laws applicable to them.
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Services to:
- Commit fraud.
- Impersonate another person.
- Mislead others regarding your identity.
- Upload stolen content.
- Distribute malicious software.
- Spread spam.
- Operate phishing campaigns.
- Create deceptive advertisements.
- Circumvent platform restrictions.
- Abuse promotional offers.
- Interfere with platform operations.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Bypass authentication systems.
- Reverse engineer the platform except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Exploit vulnerabilities.
- Disrupt network infrastructure.
- Launch denial of service attacks.
- Harvest user information without authorization.
- Use the platform to violate another person's legal rights.
6. Voice Cloning Requirements
Voice cloning features may be used only where you have the legal right to do so.
You must not upload voice recordings unless:
- The recording is your own voice, or
- You have obtained clear authorization from the individual whose voice is being cloned. You are responsible for maintaining evidence of that authorization.
Lumesoon may request evidence of consent during abuse investigations.
Failure to provide reasonable evidence may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Voice Cloning Prohibitions
You must not use voice cloning features to:
- Impersonate another individual without authorization.
- Mislead the public.
- Commit fraud.
- Deceive financial institutions.
- Circumvent identity verification.
- Produce fake emergency communications.
- Produce deceptive political communications.
- Produce deceptive legal communications.
- Produce deceptive medical communications.
- Create recordings intended to falsely represent another person's statements. You remain solely responsible for all generated audio.
8. User Content
You remain responsible for every file you upload.
You must ensure that uploaded content:
- Is lawful.
- Does not infringe intellectual property rights.
- Does not violate privacy rights.
- Does not violate publicity rights.
- Does not violate contractual obligations.
- Does not violate this Policy. Lumesoon does not verify ownership of uploaded content before processing.
9. Copyright Compliance
You must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Where appropriate, Lumesoon may remove allegedly infringing material while reviewing a complaint.
Repeated copyright infringement may result in permanent account termination.
10. Privacy Rights
You must respect the privacy of others.
You must not upload, collect, publish or process another person's personal information without an appropriate legal basis or required authorization.
11. Platform Security
You must not attempt to compromise the security of the Services.
Prohibited activities include:
- Password guessing.
- Credential stuffing.
- Automated login attempts.
- Unauthorized penetration testing.
- Network scanning.
- Security bypass attempts.
- Exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
- Unauthorized access to user accounts.
- Unauthorized access to internal systems. Security testing is permitted only with prior written authorization from Lumesoon.
12. Malware and Harmful Code
You must not upload, distribute or transmit:
- Malware.
- Viruses.
- Worms.
- Trojan software.
- Ransomware.
- Spyware.
- Malicious scripts.
- Harmful executables.
- Code intended to interfere with the operation of the Services. Any such activity may result in immediate account termination.
13. Automated Abuse
Unless expressly authorized by Lumesoon, you must not use automated systems to:
- Create accounts.
- Abuse promotional offers.
- Harvest platform data.
- Circumvent usage limits.
- Generate artificial traffic.
- Manipulate platform statistics.
- Bypass rate limits. Reasonable use of approved APIs remains subject to applicable API limits and documentation.
14. Fair Use
Users must not consume platform resources in a manner that unreasonably affects service availability for others.
Where excessive usage threatens platform stability, Lumesoon may:
- Apply temporary usage limits.
- Reduce processing priority.
- Suspend abusive activity.
- Require an appropriate subscription plan. These measures are intended solely to maintain reliable Services for all users.
15. API Usage
Where API access is provided, you must use it only in accordance with the applicable documentation, technical requirements and subscription limits.
You must not:
- Share API credentials.
- Expose API keys publicly.
- Circumvent rate limits.
- Create excessive automated requests.
- Interfere with API availability.
- Use APIs for unauthorized commercial resale.
- Attempt unauthorized access to internal endpoints. Lumesoon may suspend or revoke API access where misuse is detected.
16. Payment Abuse
You must not:
- Use stolen payment methods.
- Submit fraudulent payments.
- Use unauthorized financial accounts.
- Circumvent payment verification.
- Abuse refunds.
- Abuse promotional pricing.
- Abuse subscription offers.
- Manipulate billing systems. Payment fraud may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination, cancellation of subscriptions and reporting to appropriate authorities where permitted or required by law.
17. Affiliate Program Abuse
Participants in the Affiliate Program must act honestly and in good faith.
You must not:
- Refer yourself through another account.
- Create fake customer accounts.
- Purchase through your own affiliate link.
- Generate fraudulent referrals.
- Misrepresent Lumesoon.
- Publish misleading claims.
- Offer unauthorized discounts.
- Use deceptive advertising.
- Manipulate attribution systems.
- Artificially inflate commissions. Affiliate commissions generated through fraudulent or prohibited activity may be cancelled, reversed or withheld.
Affiliate accounts involved in abuse may be suspended or permanently removed.
18. Account Sharing
Unless your subscription expressly allows multiple users, each account is intended for use by a single authorized user.
You must not:
- Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Sell access to your account.
- Rent your account.
- Transfer your account without authorization.
- Circumvent subscription limits through shared accounts. Lumesoon may restrict or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized sharing.
19. Misrepresentation
You must not falsely represent:
- Your identity.
- Your affiliation with another person or organization.
- Your authority to act for another party.
- Your ownership of uploaded content.
- Your ownership of voice recordings.
- Your rights to use submitted materials. Providing false information during account registration or platform use may result in account termination.
20. Intellectual Property Abuse
You must not:
- Copy proprietary platform content without authorization.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Misappropriate trademarks.
- Infringe patents.
- Misuse trade secrets.
- Reproduce protected software.
- Distribute proprietary materials without permission. Respect for intellectual property is a condition of continued access to the Services.
21. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
The Services must not be used to generate, distribute or facilitate:
- Spam.
- Mass unsolicited messages.
- Deceptive communications.
- Fraudulent advertisements.
- Unlawful marketing campaigns. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable marketing and communications laws.
22. Content That Is Not Permitted
You must not knowingly use the Services to create or distribute content that:
- Violates applicable law.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Violates privacy rights.
- Contains malicious software.
- Facilitates fraud.
- Facilitates identity theft.
- Encourages criminal conduct.
- Misrepresents another person.
- Violates court orders or legal restrictions. Where content is reported or identified as potentially violating this Policy, Lumesoon may investigate and take appropriate action.
23. Investigations
Lumesoon may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
Investigations may include reviewing:
- Account activity.
- Login history.
- Usage records.
- Payment history.
- Uploaded content.
- Generated projects.
- API activity.
- Security logs.
- Fraud indicators.
- Customer support communications. Investigations will be conducted only to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users or our legal rights.
24. Enforcement
Where Lumesoon reasonably determines that this Policy has been violated, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove content.
- Restrict features.
- Suspend processing.
- Suspend API access.
- Suspend affiliate participation.
- Remove promotional benefits.
- Freeze credits pending investigation.
- Cancel subscriptions.
- Permanently terminate accounts.
- Report unlawful activity where permitted or required by law. The action taken will depend on the nature, seriousness and frequency of the violation.
25. No Obligation to Monitor
Lumesoon is not required to actively monitor all user activity or all content uploaded to the Services.
However, we reserve the right to review content, investigate reports and take appropriate action where we reasonably believe this Policy or applicable law has been violated.
Failure to investigate or enforce this Policy in one instance does not limit our ability to do so in future cases.
26. Reporting Violations
If you believe that this Policy has been violated, you may report the matter using the official contact methods published on the Lumesoon website.
Where reasonably possible, reports should include sufficient information to allow investigation.
Submitting knowingly false or misleading reports may itself constitute a violation of this Policy.
27. Appeals
Where an account has been restricted or terminated, users may contact Lumesoon to request a review.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
Lumesoon may request additional information before completing its review.
All decisions following a reasonable review are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
28. Cooperation With Authorities
Where required or permitted by applicable law, Lumesoon may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and courts in connection with investigations relating to unlawful activity.
Such cooperation may include the disclosure of information where legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
29. Changes to This Policy
Lumesoon may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice of material changes will be provided.
Continued use of the Services after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
30. Relationship With Other Policies
This Acceptable Use Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Voice Usage Policy and Copyright Policy.
Where another policy contains additional obligations relating to a particular Service or feature, those obligations also apply.
31. Reservation of Rights
Except where prohibited by applicable law, Lumesoon reserves all rights not expressly limited by this Policy.
Failure to exercise any right under this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
32. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

34. Electronic Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
